We prepare your paper copies for digitization by fixing any imperfections, such as rips or ragged edges, guaranteeing the documents are preserved in their best form. Patient medical records are scanned and converted to digital files, and saved on CD/DVD or on your chosen server for easy and safe access. PATIENT HEALTH RECORD & CHART SCANNING
Scandoc Imaging can convert any and all Personal Health Records (PHR) from paper to digital. The PHR may include lab results, prescriptions, billing or insurance company correspondence and information, imaging results (X-Rays, CT Scans, or MRIs), and physician notes.
After scanning your patient records, we will work with any PHR account – including Google Health or WebMD – to help keep all of your medical charts organized.
